Rory was very responsive to our interest in a block of land and was very accommodating to give my partner a tour of the land and speak about it in depth to assist us in making the decision to put an offer. He had a good background knowledge of the land and he seemed to have a good rapport with the seller because as soon as we put our offer he was on the phone to them straight away for our negotiations. In the end, we we successful in our offer and everything progressed quickly and smoothly thanks to Rory and his team that helped him.
