Teagan Wex is the driving force and General Manager at RMW, skillfully navigating every aspect of the property buying & selling process to expertly guide the people of the Cap Coast to achieve their property dreams.  

This dynamic woman is not just the glue that holds the RMW team together, but also the big-hearted driving force behind RMW’s business operations. From shaping company culture to steering business strategy and nurturing customer relationships, she confidently manages it all.  

Extending beyond the confines of her role, Teagan actively engages in community initiatives, reflecting her dedication to making a positive impact in the lives of those around her. 

In her downtime, Teagan finds joy in exploring the great outdoors with Rory and their two sons, Cooper & Joshua, tackling the latest home renovation project or socialising with friends over a cheeky glass of wine.
